To enrol online for the programme, follow the link below.
It takes you to a page like a simple online shop,
where you can choose from several options (simple enrolment), concession, sponsoring sangha members etc.) and then you pay by credit card through the Paypal system.

(note: you do not need a Paypal account to do this, any major credit card works).

This will take more time, especially anything through the post,
as I am often out of Scotland and mail is forwarded
